Create your Competiciones Rítmica organiser account

Competiciones Rítmica is FlamaTech’s service for a club to organise rhythmic gymnastics competitions. This guide explains how an organising club that does not use Clybo’ to run the club creates its account.

Before you start

• Use an email address you can access now: you will receive a six-digit code there. There is no password.
• If your club already uses Clybo’, do not create another account: sign in with the email address of your Clybo’ account and create your first competition, as explained in Turn on Competiciones Rítmica from Clybo’.
• In this first version the organising club must be based in Spain.
• Have to hand the club’s name as you want the other clubs to see it, and the public address you prefer for your calls for entries.

Step by step

1. Open the entry

On the Competiciones Rítmica home page, select Sign in. Sign in to your account opens: it is the same screen for everyone, with no separate entry for organisers.

2. Request the code

Enter your email in Email and select Get a code. Before we send it, we check that you are a person. This almost always happens without you doing anything, but sometimes a box appears that you will need to tick.

The email contains only the code, with no links. The code expires after 15 minutes and, if you ask for another, the previous one stops working. You can request another with Resend code once 60 seconds have passed.

3. Enter the code

Enter the six digits in the boxes under Check your email and select Sign in. If you made a mistake with the email address, select Change and start again.

4. Open “Your club” from the empty dashboard

The first time, after the code you arrive at Competitions with no competitions in it: you will see “No competitions yet” and “Your club’s competitions will appear here once you create them.” Select New competition (at the top) or Create your first competition. Your club opens (Step 3 of 3):

• Club name: the public name the clubs that register will see.
• Address of your competitions: it is suggested from the name. We check straight away that it is Available; if not, we offer alternatives you can pick with a tap. It accepts only lower-case letters, numbers and hyphens.
• Country: Spain, with no option to change it for now.
• Tick the box to accept the terms and the data processing agreement.

Select Create account. Your club is created and you become its administrator. We will send you a welcome email.

5. Enter your dashboard

You arrive at Competitions, still empty. On later visits, signing in takes you straight to your dashboard. If you organise for more than one club, you will first see Choose the club; from the dashboard you can choose again with Switch club.

If something goes wrong

• The code does not arrive: check your spam folder and, after 60 seconds, select Resend code.
• “You have requested too many codes”: wait a little before trying again.
• “We could not verify that you are a person”: reload the page and request the code again.
• “The code has expired”: request another one; only the most recent code you received works.
• “That address is already in use” or “is reserved”: choose one of the suggested alternatives or enter another.
• Your club already uses Clybo’: if you sign in with the email address of your Clybo’ account, you will not see Your club: creating the first competition turns it on for the same club. The See how to activate it link at the foot of Your club takes you to that guide.

Next step

After creating the account, set up your club’s payments:

• Connect Stripe to collect entry fees, if clubs will pay by card.
• Set up how entries are paid: bank transfer, card, timing and payment deadline.

Keep your club’s lists up to date in the panel, under Club:

• Manage your club’s athletes, in My athletes.
• Manage your club’s coaches, in My coaches.
