Reload Competiciones Rítmica when we release a new version

What the update notice means in the Competiciones Rítmica panel and how to move to the latest version without losing your work.

Quick answer

If we release a new version while you are using the panel, you will see the notice “We’ve released an update” at the top. Save what you are doing and tap Reload. The notice never appears at the venue or on the results screen.

Competiciones Rítmica updates without you having to install anything. If you had the panel open while we released a new version, you keep using the previous one until you reload the page. So that you do not miss improvements and fixes, the panel lets you know.

Before you start

You do not need any permissions or settings. The notice appears in the panel, whether you organise competitions or register your club. It does not appear in the venue area, where music and scores are run live, or on the projected results screen, so the competition is never interrupted.

Step by step

1. Recognise the notice

The message “We’ve released an update. Reload the page to get the latest version.” appears at the top of the screen, with the Reload button. The app checks for it when you open it, every few minutes while you use it and when you return to it.

2. Save what you are doing

Reloading discards any changes you have not saved, for example a half-completed form or an unsent message. Finish or save before you continue.

3. Tap Reload

The page reloads with the latest version and the notice disappears. You stay on the same screen and remain signed in.

If you would rather do it later

Tap the X to close the notice. It will appear again after 30 minutes, or sooner if we release another version. You can also reload the page yourself whenever it suits you.

If something goes wrong

The new version cannot be downloaded without a connection: reload when you are back online. If the notice keeps appearing after reloading, close the tab or the installed app and open it again.
