Competiciones Rítmica terms

Terms of use of Competiciones Rítmica for organising and participating clubs, with the data processing agreement and the statement on families.

This document is a draft pending legal review. It sets out the terms under which FlamaTech Consulting LTD provides Competiciones Rítmica, the service for organising rhythmic gymnastics competitions and for entering clubs in them. The accepted version is recorded with its date, the person who accepts it and the club on whose behalf they do so.

1. Purpose and parties

Competiciones Rítmica is a product of FlamaTech Consulting LTD, separate from Clybo’ club management. Two types of club use it: the organising club, which publishes calls for entries and receives registrations, and the participating club, which enters its gymnasts. Whoever accepts these terms declares that they act on behalf of their club and can bind it.

2. Account and access

Access is by email and a one-time code, with no password. Each club is responsible for the people it gives access to and for keeping their email addresses up to date. If a club already uses Clybo’, Competiciones Rítmica is activated in the same club and with the same people.

3. Collection of entry fees

When a competition collects entry fees, the money always goes to the organising club's account. FlamaTech Consulting LTD does not receive, hold or transfer those funds, not even temporarily, and applies no platform commission to them. Payment providers apply their own fees to the organising club. The organising club issues the receipts for entries in its own name.

4. Data processing agreement

Each club decides what it uses the data of its gymnasts, coaches and contact people for, and is responsible for that processing. FlamaTech Consulting LTDprocesses that data on the club's behalf and only to provide the service, with the same safeguards described on the GDPR · How we comply page. The organising club receives the registration data sent to it by participating clubs and uses it only to organise the competition.

5. Participating club's statement

Before entering a gymnast, the participating club declares that it has the authorisation of the gymnast's family or guardians to share with the organising club the data needed for the competition, including music tracks and, where applicable, the category and year of birth.
