Practical guide

See the published competitions in Competiciones Rítmica

See every published competition in “Competitions”, in progress, upcoming and past, search for one and open it from your club’s panel.

Quick answer

In “Competitions”, the first item in the panel’s sidebar, you see every published competition from organisers with a public page, grouped as In progress, Upcoming and Past, and you can search and open them.

Competitions is the list of every published competition in Competiciones Rítmica, inside your club’s panel. It is available to every club you administer, including those that do not organise competitions, for example a Clybo’ club that only registers its gymnasts.

Before you start

  • You need to be a club administrator.
  • Only published competitions appear, in any status except draft, from organisers that have a public page. Drafts and organisers without a public page are never shown.
  • If your account does not have a club yet, Competitions shows “Register your club to see competitions” and the Register my club button, which opens your club’s sign-up.

How to get there

Open the panel (/club) and, in the sidebar, select Competitions: it is the first item, above the Club section, not inside it. On mobile, the sidebar opens with the ☰ button at the top. It is the only list of competitions in the panel, even when your club only registers gymnasts. The Club section contains, in order, I organise, My athletes, My coaches and Settings.

Step by step

1. Review the three groups

The list is grouped into three blocks, in this order, and each heading shows how many competitions it holds:

  • In progress: the first session has already started and the competition has not finished.
  • Upcoming: it has not started yet, or has no sessions yet.
  • Past: it has finished or its last session is already over.

In progress and Upcoming are ordered by start date; Past from the most recent to the oldest. The 100 most recent are shown.

2. Read each competition’s card

Each competition is a card with:

  • At the top: the poster as it is (a garnet background if it has none) and, in its corner, a label showing your club’s situation: Your competition, Registered, Not sent, Entries open, Coming soon, Entries closed, Finished or Cancelled.
  • The dates and the name. If it has no sessions, you see “No dates”.
  • The organiser, and below it the venue and the city, with the Directions link (Google Maps, in a new tab) if there is a venue.
  • Deadlines, if it has them and it has not finished: Entries until (last day; before it opens, Entries with the opening day and the last day) and Music until (last day to send it). The deadline your club can still meet that closes in 7 days or less is highlighted in pink.
  • Call, a button that opens its public web page in a new tab. If the running order is already published, Running order appears next to it.
  • At the bottom: a button that depends on your club’s situation.

In each row, the deadlines, the call and the button of all cards sit at the same height.

3. Search for a competition

In the header, Search by competition, organiser or city filters by competition name, organiser or city, ignoring accents and case. If nothing matches, you see “No competition matches your search.”. If nothing has been published yet, you see “No competitions have been published yet”.

4. Use the card’s button

What the button at the bottom shows, and what happens when you select it, depends on your club’s situation:

  • Open the panel: your club organises it; its panel opens.
  • View your entry: your club has already sent its registration; your club’s registration opens.
  • Continue the entry: your club has joined the competition but has not yet sent its registration; your club’s registration opens so you can finish it.
  • Register your club: entries are open; with one click your club joins the competition and its registration opens.
  • View the results: it has finished and has published results; they open in a new tab.

When there is nothing to do, the button is grey and cannot be selected: From (date) if entries have not opened yet, Entries closed, Finished (without results) or Cancelled. Its public information stays under Call.

Selecting the poster goes to its panel, to your club’s registration or to registering it, like the button; if there is nothing to do, it opens its public web page or its results in a new tab.

If something goes wrong

  • You don’t see a competition you expected: it may be a draft, or its organiser may not have a public page. Only published competitions are listed. An old past competition may not appear: only the 100 most recent past ones are shown.
  • It doesn’t show up in the search: try part of the name, the organiser or the city; the search ignores accents and case.
  • The button is grey: your club does not organise it, is not registered and entries are not open. Select Call to see its public information.
