Manage your club’s coaches in Competiciones Rítmica

My coaches is the list of your club’s coaches with their contact details, inside the Competiciones Rítmica panel. It is available to every club, including those that use Clybo’.

Before you start

• You must be a club administrator.
• The phone number is stored encrypted and only the club’s administrators can see it.
• For now the list is a directory: coaches are not yet linked to entries or competitions.
• If your club uses Clybo’, you can also choose coaches from your Clybo’ staff (see “If your club uses Clybo’”).
• If your account does not have a club yet, My coaches shows “Your coaches are stored in your club” and the Register my club button, which opens your club’s sign-up.

How to get there

Open the panel and, in the sidebar, inside the Club section, select My coaches. The Club section contains, in order, I organise, My athletes, My coaches and Settings.

Step by step

1. Add a coach

If there are none yet, you will see “No coaches yet” and “Add your club’s coaches with their contact details.”. Select Add coach.

In New coach, complete:

• First name and Last name, both required.
• Licence or qualification number (Optional).
• Email (Optional). If it is not valid, you will see “Enter a valid email.”.
• Phone (Optional), with the country code, for example +34 600 123 456. If the code is missing, you will see “Enter the phone with the country code, for example +34 600 123 456.”.

Select Save, or Cancel to leave without saving.

2. View and search

The table has the columns Coach, Licence or qualification, Email and Phone. Use Search coaches to filter by name. If none matches, the screen says so.

3. Edit a coach

Select her row. Edit coach opens with the same fields. Change what you need and select Save.

4. Delete a coach

In Edit coach, select Delete. The screen asks “Delete {name}?” and warns: “They leave your list of coaches.”. Select Delete to confirm.

If your club uses Clybo’

If your club already uses Clybo’, you can bring people from your staff into My coaches instead of typing their details again. Clubs that use Clybo’ can still add coaches by hand.

Choose your Clybo’ staff

1. If the list is empty, you will see “Add coaches by hand or choose them from your Clybo’ staff.” with the buttons Add coach and Choose from Clybo’. If there are already coaches, select Clybo’ staff (N) in the header; N is the number of people chosen.
2. In Coaches from Clybo’ you will see an explanation that you choose which members of your Clybo’ staff appear here and that their details are read from Clybo’ and changed there. The list includes all of the club’s active staff in Clybo’, each with their role (Head coach, Assistant coach, Monitor, Fitness coach, Administration or Volunteer) and email. Anyone who has left the club or is suspended does not appear.
3. Tick the people you want and select Save selection, or Cancel to leave without changes. If there is no active staff, you will see “There is no active staff in Clybo’.”.

How they look and what you can do with them

• They appear in the same table, with the Clybo’ badge. Their role shows in the Licence or qualification column, and their email and phone are read from Clybo’.
• They are linked, not copied: their details are changed in Clybo’, not here. Hover over the badge to see “Details come from Clybo’: change them there.”.
• They cannot be edited or deleted from this list. To remove someone, untick them in Clybo’ staff and select Save selection.
• If someone leaves the club in Clybo’, they disappear from the list automatically.
• The list mixes coaches added by hand and those from Clybo’, sorted by surname.

If something goes wrong

• “Enter a valid email.”: check that the email has an at sign and a domain, or leave the field empty.
• “Enter the phone with the country code…”: start the number with the country code, for example +34.
• You cannot see a coach’s phone: only the club’s administrators can see it.
• You cannot see the “Clybo’ staff” button: it is only for clubs that use Clybo’. If your club does not, add coaches by hand.
• A member of your staff does not appear when choosing: only people who are active in Clybo’ are listed; anyone who has left the club or is suspended is not shown.
• You cannot edit or delete a coach with the “Clybo’” badge: their details are changed in Clybo’; to remove her, untick her in Clybo’ staff.
