Quick answer
You can check the running order in the Competition screen of your club and on the public running order page. There you can highlight your club, download its PDF and check the version and the update date.
When the organiser publishes the rotation, your club sees its running order in two places: the Competition screen of the app and the public running order page. This guide explains where each thing is, how to highlight your club and how to download the PDFs.
Before you start
- Your club must be registered for the competition. See Register your club from Clybo’ or Register your club with email and code.
- Until the organiser publishes the first version, there is no running order.
- Your club appears in the version if it has approved exercises in it.
Step by step
1. Open the Competition screen
Under Competitions, open your club’s competition and select the Competition tab, below its name (on mobile, swipe the tabs if you cannot see it). If a version is already published, you see Running order v followed by the version number and the update date. Below are See running order, Download my PDF and Download in….
2. Open the public running order
Select See running order. The public page opens with the version in force. In the header you see Running order, the name of the competition and the version, for example v2. Use the session selector to change day or session. Each session appears with its day and its name, for example “Sat · morning”; if it has no name, with its time. If you come in through your club’s link, the page starts with the session in which your club performs.
3. Highlight your club
In the Highlight club selector, choose your club. By default it is set to None. When you choose a club, it appears as “Highlight: club name”. Its starts are highlighted, and below each one you see its warm-up, for example “Warm-up T3 15:52 · T2 15:56”.
The divisions are grouped by block, with their start time. Breaks and medal ceremonies appear with their time. If a block continues into the next session, you see “(continued)”.
Gymnasts’ names only appear if the organiser turned on Names in the running order. If you cannot see them, that is the competition’s setting.
4. Download the PDFs
There are three ways to download the schedule as a PDF:
- On the public page, Download session PDF downloads the PDF of the session you are viewing.
- In the Competition screen of your club, Download my PDF downloads your club’s PDF, with the names of your gymnasts.
- Download in… lets you choose another language. If that PDF does not exist yet, you see Generating… while it is prepared.
5. Receive the email notice
When the organiser publishes with the notice turned on, your club receives an email with its exercises in the version: bib, division, apparatus and warm-up times, without gymnasts’ names. The email includes a link to the running order with your club highlighted. If the organiser ticked the option, it also attaches your club’s PDF, in the organiser’s language.
6. What to do if it changes
When the organiser publishes a new version, the page and the PDFs show the new version, with its number, its note if there is one, and the update date. Until then, you keep seeing the previous version. The email for the new version says whether your club is affected.
PDFs are deleted 14 days after the competition.
If something goes wrong
- “No running order published yet.”: the organiser has not yet published the rotation.
- “No running order yet”, with the text The organiser has not published the rotation for this competition yet.: the same case on the public page.
- “We could not load the running order.”: reload the page. If it still fails, try again later.
- “We could not prepare your PDF. Please try again.”: select the download again.
- “This PDF has expired. PDFs are deleted 14 days after the competition.”: that PDF is no longer available.
- If your club does not appear in the version, check with the organiser: it means your club has no exercises in it.
Next step
- Publish the rotation and notify the clubs: how the organiser publishes the version you see here.
- Change or withdraw an entry: if you change anything, the organiser will need to publish a new version.
