Quick answer
Published results appear in the Competition screen of your club, on its results page and on the competition’s public page. You always see the latest version of each division that the organiser has published.
This guide is for the participating club. It explains where you can see your gymnasts’ results when the organiser publishes a version, what each page includes, and what to do if a division does not appear or changes.
Before you start
- Your club must be registered for the competition, with approved entries. If you need to check the registration, see Change or withdraw an entry.
- Results only appear when the organiser publishes a version. Until then, there is nothing to see.
- The organiser only publishes complete divisions. If a division for your club does not appear, it is not complete yet or has not been published.
Step by step
1. Check the published results email
Each time the organiser publishes, your club receives an email at the contact address your club has for the competition. The email gives the competition and the published divisions, and has two links: to the results page and to your club’s area.
The email does not include scores or gymnasts’ names. To see them, follow one of the two links.
2. Open the results from Competition
In Competitions, open your club’s competition and select the Competition tab, below its name. There is a Results card, with the row Results · published. Tap View results to open your club’s page. The row only appears when at least one version is published.
3. Read your club’s results page
The page shows Your entries. With the division selector, you choose the division in which each of your gymnasts competes. You always see your gymnasts’ names here, because these are your entries.
Each row shows the place, the bib, the name and the total. If the row has a tie-break, the line Tie-break on E, Tie-break on A or Tie-break on D appears, depending on the criterion that decided the place. If the place is shared, Shared place appears.
Tap Show breakdown to see each exercise’s score, with DB, DA, D, A, E and Pen.. Tap Hide breakdown to close it.
On this page you see each gymnast’s overall ranking, that is, the sum of all their apparatus, and not the ranking for each apparatus separately.
The footer shows the date and time of the latest publication, with its version number.
4. Check the public page
The competition’s public page has a Results tab, which only appears when at least one version is published. There you can:
- choose the division with the Division selector;
- change the view with the ranking chips: the overall view, with the apparatus names joined by « + », and one view for each exercise;
- see the breakdown of each row with Show breakdown.
The table shows the place, the bib, the club and the total. A gymnast’s name appears only if the organiser has switched on Names in the running order. Otherwise you will see the notice Only bibs and clubs are shown.
5. What to do if a result is missing or changes
If a division for your club does not appear, wait for the next version or ask the organiser. Only complete divisions are published.
If the organiser corrects a score, a new version is published. The version number goes up in the footer of the page, and your club receives another email if it has entries in that version’s divisions. Earlier versions are not withdrawn, but your club’s page and the public page always show the latest version of each division.
If something goes wrong
- «No results have been published for your club yet.»: the organiser has not yet published any division with your gymnasts, or your club has no approved entries in the published divisions. Wait for the next version or check with the organiser.
- «Your club is not entered in this competition.»: check your club’s registration. See Register your club from Clybo’.
- «The results could not be loaded. Try again.»: reload the page. If it still happens, try again later.
- «No results have been published yet.» on the public page: no version has been published yet. The Results tab will appear once there is one.
- You only see bibs and clubs on the public page: the organiser has not switched on Names in the running order. Your gymnasts still see their names on your club’s page.
Next step
- Check your club’s running order: when and where each of your gymnasts competes.
- Review, correct and publish the results: how the organiser works with the scores before publishing.
